Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens however, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee (applied to your card on file or deposit).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Payment & ID Policy:
All guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of service for any credit or debit card transactions. This ensures a safe and secure payment process for both our clients and staff.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided, but after that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion to avoid impacting other clients.
